Lane Swimming - BOOK HERE
Lane swimming is superb exercise. It works the whole body, builds strength and endurance plus it doesn't put undue strain on your joints.
Booking is not essential for Lane Swimming, you can either book and pay online in advance, or just turn up on the day!

Little Tiddlers - BOOK HERE
Little Tiddlers is a quiet fun session in the shallow end just for parents, babies & toddlers!
There will be NO INSTRUCTOR in this session. Just a quiet fun swim that gives an ideal chance to play in the water and build experience.
Pool Safety Ratios:
Under 5's - 1 adult to 1 child. Ages 5 - 8 years - 1 adult to 2 children. Age 8 to 15 years - no adult supervision providing child is a competent swimmer. Age 16+ no supervision required
