If your body is not accustomed to heat exposure, it is advised that you build up to doing a full hour session.

New clients should start off at 30 minutes and work your way up to build tolerance.

No sessions over an hour are permitted as this poses health and safety risks, such as over-detoxifying and dehydration.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

Ensure you drink PLENTY of water before, during and after your session!

It is imperative that you replace your lost minerals in your sweat by drinking / ingesting an electrolyte supplement.
These can come in a variety of powders, tablets or capsules. Coconut water may be used as an alternative or an isotonic sports drink.
It just comes down to each and everyone’s preference.

The main point is if you do not replace your lost electrolytes after prolonged sweating and heat exposure it can result in: Confusion and irritability.
